Purchases are easy 3 steps.

Step2: You fill your information necessary for shipping of purchase items, and choose the method of payment.

<Payment>

Payment is sum total of goods prices and a shipping cost.
Please make a payment in Japanese yen.
Please refer to "Currency Converter", if the current exchange rate is needed.

1. PayPal

You need a PayPal account, in order to make payment using PayPal. The details about PayPal should look at the site of PayPal.
We use the secure system of PayPal.

We pay del credere commission.
Exchange conversion into the currency of your country from the Japanese yen is automatically done by the exchange rate at that time by the company of PayPal.

2. Credit Card

Basically, the kinds of Credit Card which can be used are VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover. However, it changes with each country. Please look at available Credit Card List for details.
We use the secure system of PayPal, in order to make payment using a credit card. *You DO NOT NEED a PayPal account.
Your information of the Credit Card DOES NOT GET TO US.

<Shipping>

Your order will be normally shipped within 3 days after confirmation of your payment. However, Shodo and Oshie with a frame usually need 7 days for production by order. We will inform you by E-mail at the time of a shipment. If it takes seven days or more, we do informing you about a shipping timetable day.
When you purchase two or more goods, it will be shipped together as soon as all your order articles can prepare.
In a bulk order, we inform you a shipping day by E-mail. If they are for gifts, we need time to shipping.
We perform packing which reuse used corrugated paper etc. as much as possible for economy of resources and protection of environment.

1. Shipping out of Japan

The shipment is by Express Mail International Service(EMS). You can search the status of EMS on the Internet. And, it is safe with insurance.
Your order will arrive in 3 to 7 days after shipping them. However, delivery time might be required further by a custom inspection and a local handling situation.

2. Shipping in Japan

A shipment usually uses a simple registered mail or a postal package.
(Ordinary post and the mail service of a door-to-door delivery service company do not have the security to contents. And it is only mailing to a mailbox. So we do not use it.)

<Gift Wrapping>

We accept a request of Gift Wrapping for gifts such as a Birthday, Father's Day, Wedding gift and Thank-you-for-coming gift, etc. The cost of a gift wrapping is 80 yen per goods. Please see Japanese Style Gifts Wrapping page for details.
Gift wrapping may be opened in the customs of an airport. Please understand about this beforehand.

<Customer Support>

The status of your order can be confirmed at Customer Support of saiga-jp.com.
Even if it is after a date of an order, you can link to the payment screen from Customer support, and can do on-line payments.
The procedure of cancel before goods shipment is possible on the customer support screen. (The order of a special character is excluded.)

<Return / Exchange / Refund>

If an item you ordered from Saiga does not meet your expectations, simply return it within 7 days of receiving it. The amount of money of the returned item is refunded. Shipping charges for the returned item are not refundable. And, a charge necessary for remittance will be deducted. *Special order of Shodo is not returnable.
If you would like to exchange, please tell us the new item. Shipping charges for the returned item are not refundable. Shipping charges will be charged for the new item sent.
In the following case, please tell us in details by E-mail immediately. We will exchange goods.
- The goods different from your order arrived.
- Your order was damaged. Importance: When you receive your package, please check whether there is trouble (damage, a bend, opened traces, etc ) in the package. If you find something troubles, please open it in the presence of a postal official, and check about damage and the loss status of your order. If your order has been damaged or lost, please suspend receiving of a package. And tell a postal official that there is trouble, and please send in a "Damage report" or a "Missing contents report" immediately. Then, please tell us.
Please contact us beforehand when you return goods.

<Import duty>

Import duty may be imposed depending on the prices of your order. The postal matter on which import duty was imposed is asked for the payment of import duty and other commissions at the time of delivery.
Import duty changes with countries. Please ask the post office directly about the question of import duty.
